Refund Policy

If something didn't feel right, we'll make it right. KundaliAstro offers a fair, no-questions-asked refund within 24 hours of purchase.

The 24-hour window

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of completing your payment — no specific reason required. Just write to us and we'll process the refund.

When refunds always apply

  • Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same report or remedy bundle.
  • Technical failure — the payment went through but the report did not unlock.
  • Wrong amount charged due to a bug on our side.
  • Within 24 hours of purchase, for any reason — buyer's remorse included.

When refunds may not apply

After the 24-hour window, refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Because kundali and remedy plans are digital deliverables that you've already received, we cannot reliably reverse delivery — but if there's a legitimate issue, write to us and we'll review.

Processing timeline

  • Acknowledgement from our side within 24 working hours.
  • Refund initiated within 2 working days.
  • Razorpay typically credits the refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Bank-side delays are outside our control, but we'll stay with you until it lands.

How to request a refund

Email support@kundaliastro.com with subject line "Refund request". Include:

  • Your payment reference / Razorpay payment ID (we send this in the success email).
  • Your report ID if you have it.
  • A short note on the reason — useful for us to improve, not required for the 24-hour window.

Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback through your bank without first emailing us, we'll still help — but a direct email is usually 10× faster than a bank-side dispute and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth.
