Privacy Policy

• Name, gender, date of birth, time of birth (if known), and birth place — needed for the kundali reading itself.
• Email or phone if you share it for support or updates.
• Device + browser info, IP-based region (state-level), and the page you came from — for site analytics and to improve the funnel.
• Campaign attribution parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid) — to know which ad brought you in.
• Anonymous page-view logs so we can see which sections are useful.

• Card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials — these go directly to Razorpay's PCI-DSS systems.
• Aadhaar, PAN, or any government-ID information.
• Continuous location tracking, phonebook, gallery, or any device permission outside what your browser shows.

• Prepare your personalized kundali report and remedy plan.
• Send you the report PDF and recovery links if you lose the session.
• Improve our reports — anonymous, aggregated patterns only (e.g., 'most users want clarity on marriage timing').
• Optionally show you relevant remedy offers based on your kundali signals.

All payments are processed by Razorpay — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Indian payment gateway. KundaliAstro never sees or stores your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. We only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded.

Kundali profile data is kept for the lifetime of your report so you can re-download or re-open it. You can request deletion any time at support@kundaliastro.com — we'll erase your profile and reports within 7 working days.

• Right to access — request a copy of everything we hold about you.
• Right to correction — fix anything wrong in your kundali profile.
• Right to deletion — ask us to remove your profile and reports.
• Right to opt out of marketing — unsubscribe link in every email.

We use minimal analytics cookies to understand which pages convert and which campaigns work. If you've come from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, we pass back an anonymous conversion signal to that platform so the ad system gets smarter. No personal kundali content is ever shared with ad networks.
